Healthy Lifestyles Programming

The Healthy Lifestyles Program was developed in 2009 in order to provide opportunities for education and growth in the lives of those we serve.  Through our various programs individuals learn ways to improve their lives and better themselves for lasting change.

Exercise Classes
Exercise Classes are held two to three times a week and led by an experienced volunteer instructor.  The classes are low impact and focus strength building exercises.  Anyone and everyone are welcome to attend.
